October 1996 – Age 24

First House – Kilgore, TX – Bought – 1996 ($19,000) – Just bought a car for $20K (LOL). We spent about 10K – 12K fixing this little house up and then sold it for close to $40K. We loved it…it was amazing how happy we were there. Wish I still owned it for a rent house. Nice corner lot (Dudley Rd & Carroll St)

Second House – Tyler, TX – Bought – 1998 or 1999 – ($103,000) – Sold our house in Kilgore and put 10K down. Nice corner lot….We enjoyed living there. (Elaine Dr)

Third House – Frisco, TX – Bought 2012 – ($?) – Had moved back from living in San Diego for a year.  Nice Semi-Corner lot. (La Mesa Drive – Trails of West Frisco).
